These gloves soak up water like a sponge, the insulation level is good for spring conditions at best (if you can keep your hands from getting wet), and the wrist closure broke the first day I used them. They look good, but thats it.

I got this jacket off of SAC and for what I paid it is worth the money. It looks pretty dope, has tons of features, and resists the elements well. The drawbacks are the light color gets dirty super easy (obviously, but it's not easy to clean), and the ribbed sleeve cuffs suck. This is because the cuffs are so thick they make putting on your gloves a pain, and don't have the give of Lycra so after a while they hurt like hell. Also the collar doesn't seem to want to stay zipped up. Worth it for the 70 bucks I paid, don't know about full price though......

Good features and a good deal for the SAC price I paid for it. The collar doesn't want to stay zipped up though, and the ribbed wrist gaiters definitely suck. This is because they are hella thick so they make putting on your gloves a pain, and they don't have the give of Lycra so they hurt like hell after a while. But the jacket does look dope and is didn't get wet after 6 hours of Northwest Spring Pow...
