McNett ReviveX Wash-In Water Repellent

The best way to be sure is to go to the goreTex website and read up on care of your specific type of product. Are you getting wet? Or do you stay dry but your jacket just seem saturated?GoreTex says "We do not recommend wash-in treatments as they can affect the garment's breathability." [www.gore-tex.com]Then, I would go with the spray!

High Cadence really helps up hills!

FSA K-Force Light ME Road Compact Crank

FSA K-Force Light ME Road Compact Crank

Rating for this product: 5 October 25, 2008

I bought this last week on Chainlove for ~$350. The install was pretty easy, the crank comes pre-greased. I tried it up some 15% grade hills and, where before i was doing under 60 rpm cadence, now I am doing 85-90!

You lose a little top end for the flats, but you gain much more ability to do hills in the saddle
