Came off the Targa after almost 10 yrs. Just could not get enough tension with the race carteridge and looping the cable under the plate.

Hammerhead is the answer. You can even add a stiffer spring--pretty painless.

Supporting local CO company from here on out.

You Complete me Rain Shadow...tear falling from my eye

Patagonia Rain Shadow Jacket - Men's

Patagonia Rain Shadow Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 23, 2008

Alright, here's the deal on this jacket. I live and ski in Colorado (mostly). If you ski here, and more so if you Telemark like I do, layering is paramount. I was looking for a final layer shellthat is not too hot and heavy that I can wear over my micro puff. This is PERFECT. If its really warm, you can go with this jacket over a Cap 3 or a regulator mid layer. If its cold, you can throw this over the base layers + a micro puff or fleece and it will keep you dry. This baby feels/is elements tested. Furthermore, this will keep your micro puff from tearing on a tree or your pole if you tumble. Plus, there a nice inside pocket for the iPod and its thin enough to turn on and off with glove through the jacket. PRIME TIME, in my opinion. This jacket completes me!

Patagonia Polo Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Patagonia Polo Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 16, 2008

I can wear it in the office or out to play. I'm about 6'0 165 and wear M. That fits great with an undershirt as well.

Keeping all the "greenies" on the campaign happy with this enviro-friendly shirt.

My Tongue

Montrail Whidbey Shoe - Men's

Montrail Whidbey Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 October 1, 2007

I loved the look of the shoes. Can hang in the wintertime, it seems, with the beefy sole, but the leather might be a little supple. One would have to protect the leather if exposed to snowy or wet conditions often, I feel. The insole for the shoe is as good as it gets. Might bother some, but most will appreciate its support. I would have kept the shoe; however, I had a tear were the tongue of the shoe was stitched. That concerned me. I suspect it happens a lot, as the stick is not very solid. Moving on to something else.

G3 Targa Review

G3 Targa Telemark Binding - All Mountain

G3 Targa Telemark Binding - All Mountain

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2007

Not a racer, but sometimes I pretend like I am. I've demo some other bindings, and none have matched G3. I learned on these and lived on them for the last 6 seasons. I've taken these in the deeps of Wolf Creek to the steeps of T-ride to the bumps of Jane. Never going back. Great price and quick delivery!
