no cushion

Spenco PolySorb Total Support Premium Insoles

I put them in my cleats before a tournament and they did not provide any cushioning for my forefoot. After the tournament the tendons at the front of my foot were bruised and very sore. I do not recommend using them for high impact activities like running. I would classify these more for support in hiking boots or something like that.

Everyone who wants to monitor their progress and improve, this device is great. I trail run through canyons and this device keeps a good signal throughout the entire trail. I've ran the same path 5 times and it has consistently given me the same distance. Other than that, it takes a while to find a signal, which can be frustrating sometimes when I want to hit the trail before the sun sets.
