Patagonia Strappy Vitaliti Dress - Women's

Patagonia Strappy Vitaliti Dress - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 June 14, 2007

90 degrees, humid. This usually spells disaster for your work outfit. I hate arriving wrinkly and damp. Luckily, I have this dress which in black is a pretty classic a-line dress with a nice shape and the fabric doesn't succumb to the weather and become unwearable before you've checked your e-mail. It also packs well and is great for travel. Note on Sizing: the description says it falls below the knee, I am 5'7" and for me it hits right above the knee (perhaps because I wear a small and small sizes are usually shorter?)

Patagonia Inter-Continental Hideaway Skirt - Women's

Patagonia Inter-Continental Hideaway Skirt - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 June 13, 2007

The fit of this is right on, three fingers below the navel, fitted enough to be flattering, but allows plenty of movement. Best of all, it is so comfortable. Much better than most other outdoor wear in that someone who has a certain sensibility about their appearance would be comfortable wearing it to work and around town, not just to play in the woods and travel.

Excellent

Patagonia Vitaliti Strappy Tank Top - Women's

Patagonia Vitaliti Strappy Tank Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 June 13, 2007

This tank is super comfy, comes in some great colors beyond what is available here, and has a nice shape. It is also long enough to wear with low rise pants. Off course it has a built in bra, but it doesn't seem to yield too much of the "uniboob" look. It transitions nicely from yoga to running errands, and stays dry so you can avoid looking sweat soaked as you move from one activity to another.

The North Face Freedom Pant - Women's

The North Face Freedom Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 23, 2007

These pants are awesome. Not in that they look especially hot, or boast some kind of performance increasing mojo, or anything like that. But- they are comfortable, allowing you to modify your body temperature at will under a variety of conditions. To point: My first ski day this year was 10 degrees, 50 mph wind + fleece leggings i was totally toasty. The next ski day was about 35, sunny and windless + your basic light weight long underwear, open the vents and enjoy the breeze. Skinny girls beware, if you are more that 5' 5" get an XS long. but your bony ass will finally be able to maintain a stable temperature.
