Patagonia Micro Puff Zip Vest - Men's

Patagonia Micro Puff Zip Vest - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 April 19, 2007

Recently I purchased a Micro Puff jacket and Micro Puff vest. Am currently using it on the AT hike. Temp dropped to low 20 F with snow flying horizontal, 40+ knot winds the night the cold front hit. I did layer both since I tend to be colder then my husband. I was toasty warm! At bedtime I wore my vest to help double my sleeping bag heat. It was perfect. Excellent investment! The minimal weight is just a bonus.

Line Chronic Alpine Ski

Line Chronic Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 5 December 15, 2006

I have last years model of these skis, and they are the best park skis I’ve ever ridden on. They aren't as responsive as big mountain skis, but they are light enough to pop those big 540's at the parks. All around a good buy!

Vans Mantra Snowboard Boot - Men's

Vans Mantra Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 11, 2006

I ordered this boot, and went snowboarding the first day I had it. At the end of the day, you know how you always feel relief putting your feet back into your shoes? Not with this boot and I put my feet back into my Vans shoes. They are so comfortable and unbelievably light!

Burton Cartel Snowboard Binding

Burton Cartel Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 5 December 11, 2006

I used to ride on Burton bindings about 7 or so years ago, and I felt that they may be slipping into bad quality products due to their popularity. I got a few suggestions to buy these bindings, and I have ridden on them once, and they are the greatest bindings I've ridden on in the 10 years that I've snowboarded. They are amazingly light and extremely responsive. I would have easily paid twice what they cost.
