I tried many other brands over the last year, and came back to buy these. LUV them even more than I did two years ago. They fit superb. I have a narrow foot, and use insoles. The gortex is crucial this time of year. If you wear them inside you will get hot feet :-)
The lacing system, keeps the fit snug, and quick on/off. Size chart was accurate. The sidewall mud guard does work, On a muddy hike, my husband had the regular Salomons and his shoe was weighed down and I was fine. Tread is great for icy conditions, and shoe is very stable on rocky surfaces.

great sunglasses for all round from looking cool at the cafe to trails or fairways Only thing I would not use them for is cycling,they are too large with a helmet. I love the size, fit, weight and field of vision. When others complain of wind, and sore eyes, I am fine wearing the Darts. I purchased the brushed brown bronze with the gradient lens. The case is burly, glasses are burly but chic- worth the price tag.

I looks great. Its easy to use. The data fields are relevent and easy to read. The naviagtion is simple. And finally a Heart rate Moniter that is perfect for small wrists. I like it so much I have been using it as my everyday watch. I like how it breaks your workouts into time spent in zones, gives you a bar view as well as logged minutes view. The strap is the most comfortable, and you can unsnap the electronics, so washing becomes simple. It has a fabric feel, which is more comfortable than the typical rubber.

This shirt has a lot of detail the picture doesn't show. It fits true to size around the chest, but if you have broad shoulders I would go up a size. material is light, great summer shirt that is cute by itself or open with a tank. poppy red color is not accurate, it is more green pinstripe with very slight dark red, that looks more brown. like the coloring- but if you want red, this shirt is not it.

fit true to size chart, well made, pearl snaps add a nice touch- plus I like the tapered waist, so you can wear the shirt loose and it is still slimming.

I replaced my K2 dawn patrol tele skis with the joule and am so glad I did. this ski is amazing both in resort and backcountry, smooth, stable, turns we'll and floats on powder like a dream. I got the Dynafit AT binding and Garmont Megastar boot,and I could not be happier.

I had to go AT from Tele because of a bad knee. I wanted a light binding, that I could use mainly backcountry and occasionally in resort. These bindings are worth every dime, they are light, easy to use. The three heel heights for skinning make climbing easier because the transitions of rotating the heel is smooth. I always had trouble with climbing bars and find this set up much easier.
They are daunting at first because they are so different, but 1 ski and you'll be a convert. Like the guy above mentioned the only down side is having to clean the holes in your boots so the toe pins will go in. A Q-tip does the trick nicely.
I come from a tele set up, so I cannot comment on how this compares to a traditional alpine binding, but I can say it it was easier to tour on these dynafits than any tele binding I have had. I opted to mount them with the brakes, which have been great for in resort. When you backcountry and go to turn the heel for touring, make sure you press the brake plate down first
(took me a second to realize this)
I mounted them on Black Diamond Joules and have been very happy.

vest is typical North Face high quality. I have the white and I like the subtle sheen on the outside. The neck collar has baby soft fleece. Pockets are well placed, especially the cell phone/ipod chest pocket. Fit is true to the sizing chart. If you are on the size border, go down it is a little larger than you think. Warmth factor is better than I would have guessed. I wore it in 29 degree weather with just a sweater underneath and I was plenty warm. For $88 this is a must have.

Normally I like Kavu clothes, but these shorts fit strange. They are way larger than the size chart indicates. he the waist is much larger than the legs, giving you a funny 'v' shape. I returned them.
The material is heavy, maybe works for a fall short- too beefy for summer.

this is a great fit and can be worn in the gym, or with jeans. i like the zipper feature, and the pleated look makes it more interesting than a plan t-shirt- but doesn't make it too dressy for hikes yoga or workouts.I wear a size 6, ordered a small, and found it true to size. It does not fit too snug. Material wicks away sweat well.

bought these for my hubby who uses them for skiing, all round glasses, I liked them so much I bought a pair for my mom. completely different face size and they still look great.
They seem to be the sure bet that fit many face types, many activities, if your looking for a gift.

wore these shorts for a 6 hour ride, no issues what so ever. Chamois is worth the extra money to protect the privates. I am usually a size 6 in pants, and the small was perfect.

mouth piece has a nubbins that gets in your way, but other then that a great bottle.

light, long, cute short-long short that is. Ride well on the hips, and I like the snap closure, rather then the string.

cute top- but shelf bra is not enough support.

nice fit, I returned them, because there is no liner making them too light and high maintenance. If you don't mind ironing, you'll like them.

these socks are perfect fro everything, fit in bike shoes, skate boots, they do not bunch up, and they keep very dry.

this is a great all round shoe, tread is perfect for ice/rock. Laces come undone easily, so do they double knot.
fits true to size, and has really good trail stability. You will not feel the rocks underfoot, but still light and not chunky like other trail shoes.

perfect winter/spring/fall jacket. Will keep you warm in temp 30+ cuts the wind, and fits well. i have not tested water resistance yet. fits smaller than North Face line. design on jacket stands out more than website pictures show

I loved this jacket but sizing is small and I had to return it. Go up 1 size if you order it.

great all round glasses for skate skiing biking. Only complaint is they fog a little. i ordered darker replacement lenses as the g30 are good for low-med light but not strong enough for bright sun.

returned these glasses- make sure you really want BIG if you order these.

had the old Heli pro, and this one is better in every way.

nice jacket, well made and has good features- but fits super small. Order 1 size up. Vanilla color is more of a light gray.

too big, unless your face is round and large.

sent my dad off to the Yukon with this jacket, super warm with great features. doesn't do much for your figure, but who cares if your warm while others freeeze.

set my dad these boots in the Yukon, They hold up well for -30 dog sledding. Easy to put on, they come up high so deep snow doesn't get in. good news is you get a quad workout just tromping around in these bad boys!

more fashion than function- good choice for bars, shops, not skiing.

what can you say about slippers, good sole, easy to put on, warm, cozy, true to size.

This bag is way too big and floppy. Can't really see what you would use it for. I purchased it as a carry-on, Filled it was stupidly large. It doesn't hold computer, or other items well. If you don't fill it, it just looks awkwardly droppy.

These shirts are perfect for traveling. Cute with a tank underneath. Only thing to be aware is if you have some mean biceps the arms have a tight fit.

This bag is massive you must be 6.5 with superman shoulders to carry it. Most humans of average size just look silly with it.

Good piece of gear- only reason I don't give it a 5 is it fits a little bulky

This layer is super warm without the bulk. Great for high aerobic activity, or just hangin'.

I’m not super impressed with this glue. I applied it according to instructions, but the skins came of my skis the first time after I used the glue while skinning.

Light, super waterproof, grips well on snow and ice. Only downside is they are a little hot when you have to run inside.

The most versatile piece of gear I own, a MUST.- In fact get two, I am embarrassed how much I wear this.

Light, warm, and fit well. Don't let the thin feel fool you, they carry more insulation than you think. Only thing is you may want to go up a size if you have beefy calves- they are a little tight in that area.

Great piece of gear- I have worn it swimming, skiing, everywear; it's also super easy to use.

Great jacket that is outstanding in fit and function. Warmth and dryness without all the bulk. If traveling- it's the perfect all occasion/all sport jacket- I went from sailing in the north sea to the Bolshoi Ballet!

This The North Face is a must. It is the best all around, use-it-for-everything jacket I have ever owned. For the gear girl, it rules! This last month I wore it hiking up Haleakala, golfing in 40 knot winds among the Fjords of Norway, and it kept me warm--no biting chill could get through, and I could move in it easily. It's not bulky so you don't look 20lbs heavier. Goes well with a Marmot 'Precip' jacket for rainy places.

The Precip is a great outer layer for all-season play. It keeps wind, rain, and snow out. It's easy to roll and pack into a golf bag, backcountry pack, or hand luggage. Designed so you can easily fit warm, fleecy layers underneath, but it still has enough cut to it so you don't look like a shapeless blob. The key factor is the hood. (It fits large, I usually wear medium but I fit into a small Precip even with all my layers.)
