I'm a slave to the traffic light 5 days a week. Finance consumes most of my life, but when I'm not at The Farm, I love to represent the Cobb Rd. Ski & Gun Club as its Technical Director. This elite ski & gun club resides in Andover, VT and frequents such mountains as Pico, Stratton, Magic, Okemo and Bromley. Usually you find us traveling with the Good Doctor - Dr. Magillicuddy fo' sho'. Always properly equipped for a safety meeting, our priorities are skiing hard and having the gear to show for it...or at least having the gear! The North Face ST Apogee Jacket - Men's

This jacket is going to be technically overkill for 99% of the skiing that most people do on a day to day basis. With the exception of storm protection (i.e., lack of Gore-Tex) this jacket offer unparalleled construction. This jacket is obviously part of TNF's fringe collection: SteepTech. The whole line was designed for the very few of us that actually ski in Valdez, Cugach, the Monashees, etc., not for hanging at some posh lift-service resort. I own this jacket and love its performance for those bluebird days when there won't be any precip. It will most definitely get you some looks in lift line however...

The North Face Mammatus Bib - Men's

I own last year's version of these, the Modulus Bib, and use it for skiing exclusively. In fact, as an instructor, I'm often in them 8 hours a day. They work wonders, I stay bone dry, and due to them being a bib, your kidneys stay toasty on those truly icy days. Not a baggy fit at all, but definitely room underneath for up to expedition weight tights.
