First thing I must comment on is Backcountrystore.com’s service, which was excellent! I am an experienced online shopper and have had plenty of good and bad online shopping experiences. BCStore had the lowest price on this rack. BCStore had the rack in stock as advertised. This may seem like an obvious one but a lot of .com stores have been backordered on items that have been advertised as in-stock. I submitted my order on a Sunday night and it was shipped the next day. I received it earlier than expected on Wednesday afternoon. AND, SHIPPING WAS FREE! The rack was easy and fun to assemble. Seems to have a very solid design. The swing arm and mast are very strong. The swing technology is very functional and stable so far. I bounced it around town a bit and the rack has held up just fine. The expandability is comforting too. Biking trips will be easier and more fun with my new toy! Thank you BCStore!
