Great Backpack

Kelty Redwing Backpack - 2650-3100 cu in

Kelty Redwing Backpack - 2650-3100 cu in

Rating for this product: 5 March 20, 2008

This is my first real backpack other than what we all used for college/high school. I live and use it in Manhattan, well, use it when I travel out of Manhattan on the weekends, and it's as comfortable in the crowded streets and transit hubs, as it is when I get up to the Adirondack mountains. I'm looking forward to using it this summer in Utah. It seems comfortable for a guy about my build; 5'11" and 175lbs. I think anyone a lot bigger or a lot smaller than me, weight or height would not want it.

Great Jacket even Better Service

Columbia Free Agent Parka - Men's

Columbia Free Agent Parka - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 4, 2006

So this is a nice standard cheap ski jacket. I'm an East Coast skier, and live in NYC. This jacket would be fine here, but not in the colder areas out west; IMHO. The service was AMAZING. I bought another jacket first, too small, so I returned it. The customer service was PERFECT. My cell phone cut out while setting up the return, and THEY CALLED ME BACK before I could find the number to dial again! Now that's customer service!
