Marmot PreCip Jacket - Men's

Marmot PreCip Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2008

Waterproof for sure and as expected zero beathability. The pitzips are a life saver only wish they had mesh in the pitzips. Velcro on cuffs is worthless, neoprene cuffs would be better. Not entirely waterproof anymore now that I went for a bit of an accidental swim in it. Overall great jacket that fits in tiny spaces.

KEEN Newport Sandal - Men's

December 3, 2008

The Newport has a waterproof leather upper, the upper on the H2 is woven nylon. As well the insole on the Newport is micro-suede. Much less odorous and slippery as the rubbery insole of the H2's

Better of the Two

KEEN Newport Sandal - Men's

KEEN Newport Sandal - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 3, 2008

I've tried both the Newport and the H2's and concluded the Newport is far superior. The micro-suede insole is more comfy. The leather is far more durable than the H2's nylon which falls apart. After three seasons the traction is pretty well gone though.

CamelBak Scorpion Hydration Pack

CamelBak Scorpion Hydration Pack

Rating for this product: 4 November 3, 2008

Bought it acouple years ago and I'm pleased with it thus far. The hose is a bit stiff due to the insulation but that is to be expected and unavoidable. The mouthpiece has frozen on me acouple times but not usually. Plenty of room in pockets, and fits quite well. The pouch hole is made wide so you can fit your hand in to dry and clean it out but my hand still doesn't fit.

Dragon DXS Goggle

Dragon DXS Goggle

Rating for this product: 4 November 3, 2008

Fit well with my RED helmet and are quite comfy. Came with other lenses so they don't have to be polarized I suppose. Only qualm is they venilate a bit too well when at high speeds my eyes tend to water.

Even more disappointed

KEEN Newport H2 Sandal - Men's

KEEN Newport H2 Sandal - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 October 10, 2008

I previously wrote a review and now have more to add. While the sandal is steezy and 100% perfectly functional they just don't last. I've had mine for 2 months in Juneau Alaska kayaking, hiking, and rafting and they have already fallen apart and are unusable. sadness...

Burton Audex Motorola Down Jacket - Men's

Burton Audex Motorola Down Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 10, 2008

Honestly the coolest coat I've ever worn. Great for subzero temperatures as well as warmer days. Vents work great, elastic hand thingys are life changing and it's waterproof. Oh yea and the speakers are pretty sick when you have the hood on.

Special Blend Toofer Snowboard Pant - Men's

Special Blend Toofer Snowboard Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 10, 2008

Very comfortable, fit well, and plenty of pockets. super steezy and extremely warm. Only qualm is that they are super heavy, but I learned to like it. I have done subzero with nothing but the pants and was plenty warm.

Got em on whiskey for super cheap acouple years ago and love em. Strong, light, and super steezy. If you don't already have toe caps get these bindings, it'll take your ride to a whole new level.

Dissappointed

KEEN Newport H2 Sandal - Men's

KEEN Newport H2 Sandal - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 August 7, 2008

upon buying the sandal i was super stoked. extremely comfortable, very functional and quite fashionable. Problem is that the sandal absorbs your sweat and after acouple days of wear smells terrible I wear them every day and the only other problem is that the insole gets slippery when wet and the moisture doesn't escape.

Burton AK 30L Pack

Burton AK 30L Pack

Rating for this product: 4 January 28, 2008

I have the truant orange version and I must admit everything seems to be up to par except shovel carry. I can't seem to find a good way to fit my shovel which fit in my last AK pack. I'm slightly dissapointed and I'm not sure whether to exchange it or just live with it.

Burton Audex Down Jacket w/ Audex Pack - Men's

Burton Audex Down Jacket w/ Audex Pack - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 29, 2007

Really truly this is a super great coat. Electronics are alright but i always forget to charge it and its impossible to access the music unless you have play lists. also this coat is for seriously cold weather. I ski at Targhee in Wyoming. It works best at 15 degrees or less its waterproof and windproof i love it. not for spring skiing
