Five Ten Piton Climbing Shoe

May 21, 2009

I'm looking for a good shoe for cracks and longer routes. I love my Muiras, but have to take them off after every pitch. I wear a 13 street shoe, and a 44.5 in the Muiras (US 11). Should I get these a little bit bigger, size 11.5 or 12?

Too Big, but well built

Osprey Packs Aether 85 Backpack - 5000-5400 cu in

Osprey Packs Aether 85 Backpack - 5000-5400 cu in

Rating for this product: 4 September 8, 2008

I bought this pack for a week long backpacking trip in Yosemite with my girlfriend, and wanted to get a pack large enough to carry my gear plus most of the group gear (it was her first long trip, and she is quite a bit smaller than me). Suffice it to say, it was even too big! I think I'll downsize to the 70L. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but a good pack overall and well built.
