Nixon Chalet Watch - Women's

Nixon Chalet Watch - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 May 5, 2009

Chunky...but still feminine looking and steeped in style.
I have the Bamboo and couldn't be happier.
I would agree with the previous reviewers regarding sizing. It's a snug fit that works for me....but I can see how it might be a problem for some.
Great watch.

Finally!!

The North Face Kosi Down Jacket - Women's

The North Face Kosi Down Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 29, 2008

A down jacket that fits well, keeps me warm and doesn't make me look like the StayPuff Marshmallow Man.
I am 5'51/2 and weigh 120 lbs. I ordered the medium and couldn't be happier. The arms are long enough...which is sometimes a challenge for me....and that's a pleasant surprise.
The coat works well with an extra layer (fleece? softshell?) when the weather really is cold...but unless I am spending a lot of time outside, it's not necessary. The only downfall I see is that it appears to lose more feathers than I would have expected. It's not like they are flying out of the jacket, but they do tend to accumulate on the back of my driver's seat. They also tend to "stick out" here and there.
Small price to pay for a very comfortable, functional, well fitting (FINALLY!!) jacket. It's a keeper.

The North Face Venture Jacket - Women's

The North Face Venture Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 August 30, 2007

I am very pleased with this jacket. Great function....very good fit. I am 5'6" 125 lbs. and I ordered a Medium. I am happy with the sizing. My only complaint is that I wish the pit zips had mesh.
The hood is very good. It's functional as it truly protects you from the elements. In cooler weather, I wear a hoody under the jacket or even a fleece. It's a very lightweight jacket and the fit accommodates a extra layer nicely.
I have worn it one several day hikes and couldn't be happier. It folds up to next to nothing and fits in my backpack perfectly. Nothing bulky about it.
It's a keeper.

Osprey Packs Talon 11 Backpack - 600-700cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 31, 2007

I am very happy with this pack. I have been looking for a day pack that fits 'just right'.
I am 5'6 (almost) and 127lbs. Medium frame. This is a perfect size for my day hikes. Water bottle, cell phone, my bee sting kit, an extra t-shirt or rain jacket and maybe even a small bagged lunch will fit nicely.
Couldn't be happier!
