Can't tell if this item has pit zips... according to the MH website it has "Simplex Pit-zips"... but the above description says no core venting. I talked via chat to one of the gearheads and he claimed the BC version doesn't have them. Is this a difference between model years?

How is this pack different from the Osprey Atmos 35 Overnight bag for sale in the outlet (for ~$40 less)? It looks a little different which makes me think it's a different year. The tech specs are identical.
