  • Stomping Grounds:

I frequent Sundance, but have hit up Snowbird, Whistler, Mt. Hood, Red Lodge, Big Sky, Park City, the Canyons, Alta, and Zurs, Austria
  • Bio:

Lived all over, and now call Utah home. Skiing is my favorite way to spend a day, but I love camping, repelling, hiking, camping, mountain biking, rock climbing and anything else out doors.

Atomic Bent Chetler Ski

September 12, 2011

I havent skied the Bent's but with the rockered tips and tails the ski won't handle like a 183. It will handle like a shorter ski, but then you'll have the extra length on bluebird pow days. I think you'll be fine on the 183.

The North Face Base Camp Duffel Bag - 2560-4395cu in

August 13, 2011

Are the backpack straps removable or can they be stored in any way? I'm just curious because if this is used as a checked bag I wouldn't want the backpack straps to get ripped off. Anyone had any problems with this?

I love this bivy! it packs super small, its super light, and insanely water repellant. the only problem I had with this bivy was the condensation that I woke up with, but other than that its fantastic!

Love the goat shirt! I bought one of the last ones in stock, and it was a fantastic purchase. I'm a tall guy and the XL was perfect for me. It's a slim fit with lots of length which is exactly what i need! my favorite and best fitting shirt!

Marmot Helium MemBrain Sleeping Bag: 15 Degree Down

Rating for this product: 5 September 18, 2010

This bag is so sick! It's so warm and packs down super small! I used this with my bivy the first time and the Membrain did a good job of keeping the condensation off of my bag and kept me dry. Love it!

Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Sleeping Pad

Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Sleeping Pad

Rating for this product: 5 September 18, 2010

I was a little worried about the noise of the material, but its really not that noisy at all! Its super comfy, super light, and packs up super small. I'm 6' 3" and was hesitant on what size to get, but I bought a regular and it is the perfect size for me! Not sure about durability but I'm not too worried because I tend to baby my gear.
