This is a killer boot ..for the mountains were I live... however ...
They arrived with torn laces from the wondefull heavy duty lace up hardwear .
I called Back country the moment I opend the box ..and asked for a pair of laces to replace the ones on the boots that were both torn halfway through in four places ..the guy on the end of the phone tells me ..we dont keep laces go buy another pair ....Thanks guys its the last order you get from me ...Sorry ...Its for me, not about the money, its about the service ...
