Great shoes, my second pair

Lowa Tempest Lo Hiking Shoe - Men's

Lowa Tempest Lo Hiking Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 12, 2009

I received my second pair of Lowa Tempest Lo Hiking shoes a few weeks ago. I have not worn them very much as I am unemployed and will use them when I have another job. I had a green pair while living in Knoxville, TN, and paid about twice as much for them at an "Outdoors" store. I wore them most of the time, except during the cold winters when Gortex hiking boots were needed, for three years. I moved back to Florida and wore them daily for another couple of years. They began to tear up when I began a daily walking routine, but five years for a pair of shoes is very good. The shoes have good support for these warped 60 year old feet! I hope I live long enough to need another pair. Highly recommended.
