I mean what do you expect from a fuel bottle, the cap is solid and it does what it should.

One problem though is when I received my bottle, it was obviously used...its a fuel bottle not really a big deal, but whatever was it caused some green stuff to grow and had a rather bad stinch when I opened it. Anyways not the bottle's problem, I just think you should at least get a clean bottle (especially if you think you're getting a new one).

I would say a good comparison is the simmerlite (I have used one before), first the construction of this stove is very solid (w/o unnecessary weight), and the pump feels a lot better (and not as fragile) as a MSR stove (don't get me wrong I love MSR's stuff it's just Brunton one upped them on this product). The adjustability works great and you get a 20 oz. bottle with it, so thats another $12 you don't have to spend. Overall increadable value for a great stove!

Brunton's a little skimpy on the instructions, so if this is your first liquid fuel stove a good note is to flip the gas tank over and wait a minute before shutting it off, then let it burn out. This way you'll have minumum liquid gas left in the line. The instructions say to turn off and then flip, not allowing the fumes to push the rest of the liquid out of the line.

This is an interesting piece of equipment. My brother has this tent, and we've used it on a couple of stints in our local West Virginia, once in the Badlands, and once in Rocky Mountain NP. To tell the truth I wasn't thrilled with the tent at first, but it grew on me quite a bit. I recommend you use it almost always with the nest, because both times I used just the floor it got a little wet inside. The odd shape w/ pole in the middle actually works alright, we would pack our gear on the sides (this also helped keep us dry by not sliding against the fly in the middle of the night) and you could offset the pole some (with it between 2 bodies it remained rather sturdy) to where it slept 3 of us pretty comfortably (all +/- 6ft. +/- 175 lbs). I have not used the tent in winter but it did snow on us in RMNP in June, it did great. It is very light, which in turn seems to sacrifice some duriblity, and set up is very quick and easy. It can take heavy windage, but make sure it is staked well.

My opinion for this tent is if you take care of your gear and you're someone who likes to fiddle around/customize your toys you'll probably enjoy this tent, do to the many setup and layering options. If you tend to beat up gear pretty quick and you want toss up this tent on a multiday trip out of the box, you'll be better off trying another option.

I ride Union Force, which are pretty much the Danny Kass's with out the added flair. Great bindings though, I used to ride technine's then I got the Rome 309s (which I thought I would never ride another binding, but the weight of them started bothering my knees). The best bindings in my opinion are the ones that you never notice, I like a solid footing on my board and not loaded up with useless gadgets and doodads that fall off if you bonk a log. Again, great binding, looks like I'll get several years of hard riding out of them, and for a great fitting boot right out of the box, my 32 ultralites fit like a Grenade Glove.

I have used several other pads, and I have a very hard time understanding why someone would pay more for a self-inflatable pad that is inferrior in every aspect that I can think of. Yes it may take a little longer and a few deep breathes to inflate, but the next morning when I am packed up and ready to go, my brother is still rolling around on his self-inflatable and then trying to shove it in the larger stuff stack. It is also thicker (don't inflate it to its maximum though, it's not an air mattress, you won't roll to the middle) so you don't get that one pesky stone jabbing you in the back like you do with the thinner pads. Buy this pad and no other!

First off I'm a freestyle snowboarder on the east coast, so I session quite a bit and like light, comfortable boots. My last 3 boots have all been 32, so I knew I was getting good stuff. I did buy these a little small, and you can wear them in to fit you (if you ride a lot), but I would recommend getting them true to size, as they are already smaller in length then your old boots (i.e. less toe drag) and they don't expand as much as the other 32s I've had. The one problem that I've had with 32s over the past few years is getting in and out of the boots. I'm a local rider so I usually lace up/untie in the icy parking lot, but the ultralites are pretty much as easy as sliding on/off your shoe, and you don't have to cut your hands with the laces to get a snug fit either. The one problem I see is the foam sole (instead of rubber), I am a litte skeptical of the durablity (since I walk on asphalt quite a bit) but so far no problems. Great boot, easy to get in, easy to get out, easy on your legs...just a little hard on the wallet, but hey they're cheaper now!
