Black Diamond Momentum AL Harness

Black Diamond Momentum AL Harness

Rating for this product: 3 January 19, 2010

Bought this, climbed it once, and took it back. I know a ton of people love this thing but I really was not a fan. The fit was wierd and I didnt like the way the leg loops rode up. I bought this as a replacement for my Petzl Corax, when I took it back I ended up getting another Corax and have been much happier with it. Overall I this harness wasn't terrible, it just wasnt for me.

Petzl Corax Harness - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 19, 2010

Ive owned my Corax for about a year now and Im still as happy with it as the day I bought it. I love that it can fit almost anyone, this is important for me becasue I take alot of friends climbing and I am not always the only one using the harness. Just another example of Petzl doing what it does best!

The North Face Wasatch Bx Sleeping Bag: 40-Degree Heatshield

The North Face Wasatch Bx Sleeping Bag: 40-Degree Heatshield

Rating for this product: 4 January 19, 2010

I love this bag! Bought it mostly to use for summer camping but have also used it for travel due to its small size when in the stuff sack. Got the long version because Im 6'2 and 260 lbs, leangth was great but it is a little tight around the chest and hips but not to bad. Does get a little chilly on some colder nights but a fleece liner does the trick. Overall, great bag for a good price.

Tubbs Couloir Series Snowshoe - Men's

Tubbs Couloir Series Snowshoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 15, 2010

I just bought a set of these and I love em'! Im a good size guy (6'2, 240 lbs) and its a pain finding good snow shoes but these fit the bill perfectly. Tested them out at the local golf course and they preformed really well, lots of float and I really like the binding, super easy to get in and out of and stays very snug. Can't wait to hit the trail in them this weekend!
