Outdoor Research Enigma Pant - Women's

Outdoor Research Enigma Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 March 19, 2009

I am enjoying the simplicity of these pants. My only note is that there are no pockets at the waist or rear. There is a single "stash" pocket at the foot, presumably reachable by someone sitting on a chairlift.

Otherwise they have every feature you'd expect of a high-quality gore-text backcountry pant. The stronger gore-text in the seat and knees is perfect while the lighter pac-lite gore-text suits well for the rest of the pant.

I layer with one or two underlayers and can always open side zips for venting.

Happy purchase!

Burton Q Snowboard Boot - Women's

Burton Q Snowboard Boot - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 March 19, 2009

This is a super comfortable boot with a lot of support. It has a Therm-IC pre-wired liner, but DOES NOT come with a battery pack. A nice option if you want to spend the extra $$.

Black Diamond Fritschi Diamir Freeride Plus Binding

Black Diamond Fritschi Diamir Freeride Plus Binding

Rating for this product: 5 November 28, 2008

I sold my old AT setup - skis/skins/bindings. I bought new skis and I stuck with the Fritschi binding. They are dependable and easy to use in all snow conditions. I am 5'5" and 130 lbs and I am not an aggressive skier but I ski advanced terrain. I would recommend them under all circumstances (except a someone over 200 lbs and super aggressive). They are worth the extra weight.
