Im on my 2nd set and i Love these things. The only downside is that they can be a little hot. That being said, I did wear then in 124F (wet bulb) this summer and it wasn't too bad. shoes are true to size, no weeknesses in manufacturing. Solomons have a smaller virtical tow area at least in my openion. I find i have more control than with other brands. please note that this is just an openion and many people prefer the more space.

I'm looking for a shoe that i can race with. i do a run a couple times a month that requires me to get wet! 4 foot deep water at parts. my running shoes get soaked every time. is it reasonable to run a 5 or 10k in these?
