Have been using this pack for a few weeks now and I must say it is perfect. I love the side entry pocket for my laptop. It's nicely padded and protected from all the other junk I carry to/from work. It has several other pockets for all the little junk I haul around and nothing seems out of place or lost at the bottom of the pack. Over-all...5-stars.
