These gloves fit small! I ordered them for my husband, did all the measurements according to the size chart and they were too small. The fit seems to be more in line with the women's size chart...which means I got a great pair of gloves out of the deal!! I am more of a mitt girl, but really like the dexterity these afford, plus they are warm, breathable and durable. When I contacted BC.com about the fit issue they shipped us another pair for my hubby and covered the shipping (we're in Canada so it really counts for us!).

RIGHT IN THE TECH SPECS it says "Laptop Pocket Dimensions: 17 x 11 x 2in". Use your heads, people.- I really hope Angus is not an employee as I've seen several rather offensive and derogatory remarks by him. As many of us have learned by disappointing experience, specs can often be erroneous or misleading. In this case 17x11x2 may be the official measurement of the compartment but I have one and there is no way that my 17" laptop will fit in it. Measurements vary not only by bag manufacturer but by computer as well, it's always best to inform yourself before making an online purchase!

Salomon Mynx Alpine Ski - Women's

Demoed these skis in B.C., loved them, and couldn't buy them anywhere in province. I found them here for $500 less than they sold out for locally and received them within 5 days!! Shops here were not carrying them as they were too 'powder specific' and a 'niche market', don't let that deter you, I have only skied for 4 years (starting at 32)and ski them everywhere. They are light and playful yet handle everything on the mountain from powder to ice. With the mynx as my new ski buddies I've had the confidence to tackle new terrain and conditions with enthusiasm rather than trepidation. They've definitely advanced my skiing. So happy with the skis and the top notch service!

Rossignol Scratch Girl FS Alpine Ski - Women's

Demoed these on a day when conditions were least compatible to the ski, which turned out to be a good thing as I wanted a versatile ski and it proved they were not. My teenage daughter has a pair and only breaks them out on powder days. I found the Salomon Mynx or Scarlet to be much more fun and versatile.
