  • Stomping Grounds:

    Whistler, BC, Canada
  • Bio:

I'm a Whistler skier for the last 5 years. I hike the backcountry when I can, but most of my days here I can be found skiing lines in Spanky's on Blackcomb or in the trees of Whistler Mt.

Bomber Ski

Dynastar Legend Pro XXL Alpine Ski 08/09

Dynastar Legend Pro XXL Alpine Ski 08/09

Rating for this product: 5 December 9, 2008

If you want a ski that can blast through crud, charge in powder, and handle abuse, this is your ski. It is designed for an aggressive, strong, and heavier skier (194cm). However the shorter version (187cm) is surprisingly agile enough for almost any advanced skier. Overall, whichever size you buy, it is one of the best (or is the best) big mountain chargers out there!

Best goggle ever!!!

Smith I/O Interchangeable Optics Spherical Series Goggles - Mirror Lens

Smith I/O Interchangeable Optics Spherical Series Goggles - Mirror Lens

Rating for this product: 5 November 7, 2008

This goggle is very cool. Not only does it well ventilate, but it's so easy to switch your lens with the extra lens it comes with. When I bought this goggle I though that was it. Oh no, it comes with an extra lens for foggy days, a soft goggle bag, and a hard shell goggle case with extra storage for multiple lenses. I also own the Variant Brim helmet and with the two combined I have yet to have any unnecessary fogging issues, even when skinning in the backcountry. To sum everything up, this goggle has it all!

My second favorite glove

Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride Glove

Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride Glove

Rating for this product: 5 November 7, 2008

This glove feels very comfy. It is very warm, but I don't use it in weather under -15c. It also has a slight racer look to it with padding on the finger tips. My hands do not get sweaty when wearing them in warmer temps. Basically my fav glove to wear when it's super cold out or dealing with tons of snow. I use the XRC glove for those days.

Awesome Ski

Dynastar Huge Trouble Ski

Dynastar Huge Trouble Ski

Rating for this product: 5 October 25, 2008

This ski is AWESOME!! I have a Marker Duke binding mounted on them. Dropping cliffs and stomping tricks in park or off piste is no prob. This ski feels very surfy in the pow and very racer on hard pack. I do suggest a lighter binding if your all about doing tricks, try the Marker Jester.

Orage Auclair Pant - Men's

Orage Auclair Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 22, 2008

These pant turn your legs on Fire!!! Very hot color that must be warn in cold environments other wise exposure to any heat could cause combustion. For real, this pant provides an awesome 3L shell fabric with fully taped seams and feel very comfy. Water just evaporates off them.

Orage JP Jacket - Men's

Orage JP Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 6, 2008

This jacket is awesome! So far in wet weather the rain beads off the material. Very breathable and it holds in the heat when it is cold. The only thing I don't like is the pit zips not having a meshing. Buy it with the matching color pants to look bad ass.

Fischer Duke 07 Alpine Ski

Fischer Duke 07 Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 3 May 21, 2008

Uhh...does anyone actually ski slopes every day that this ski needs? This ski needs Valdez, Alaska otherwise it's a spoiled run that you could have used a simpler ski. If you're into buying big yachts, exotic cars and can explore the ends of the earth. If you are that person, buy this ski and rent a helicopter in AK. But truth be told, It's too soft for me when stomping cliffs. Instead I am riding the Rossignal B108 for next season.

Dynastar Legend Pro XXL Alpine Ski 08/09

I own the 187cm ski with Jester bindings. Din: 12 Rider - 1741bs, 5 9", Canadian. Dude These skis are the ultimate free riders ski. Go fast through POW and drop huge lines down steeps. Even carve it up or straight line down on piste and create insane speeds. This ski will wear out your legs eventually , but the ride is well worth it. I ski it 7 days of the week here in Whistler. Get the 194 if you want a heli-ski or for sledding.
