Line Prophet 90 Ski
October 6, 2009
These were the 07-08 model, virtually same ski. Not a forgiving flex when landing... but definitely a hard chargin ski.

The North Face Tadpole 23 Bx Tent: 2-Person 3-Season
August 22, 2009
I camped in this tent at 12,500 ft at the highland mary lakes of San Juan mountains in Colorado. It was windy, chilly, and gorgeous... Tent was awsome and easy to set up!

These babies kept hands toasty even after scoopin away snow to make a spot to eat lunch and resting for some time. The cuff fits nice and snug under the jacket as well.

Polar FS3C Heart Rate Monitor Watch
March 31, 2010
This is a good entry level unit, though it does not come with a chest strap heart rate reciever.(I dont know if it needs one either) It shows you what you need to know without all the bells and whistles. The Polar RS100 heart rate monitor has both watch and strap.

How is the lining in this? This jacket seems like a light & non-bulky fit, is this true?

Moment Bibby Pro Model Ski
October 5, 2009
In the near future I'm looking to get a backcountry(mainly sled access), powder set up. I came across Moment and found that they make some pretty good stuff. How forgiving is this ski? I ride line prophets and love them, they're just sometimes a lot of work in the pow. I also want to know what kind of binding anyone would recommend for this setup? I'm 5'10", 160lbs...
Thanks in advance!

Nothing has changed. Same great ski. They now have added the prophet 90 flite, which is the same ski without the metal matrix making it a softer flex.

These are very stiff. Go with the prophet flite if you like Line, it should be softer since it wont have the metal matrix. I'm not sure about the K2, but I'd imagine it is quite softer. I've seen park people use them so thats my only guess that they have a softer flex.

Salomon XT Wings GTX Trail Running Shoe - Men's
September 29, 2009
I had the same problem. If your're interested, exchange them for the XA Pro 3D ultra. The fabric lace loops have little plastic reinforcers which help not put so much wear on them.

Well yes, the MSP is a little wider, but isnt that why they have the prophet 100?

Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra GTX Trail Running Shoe - Men's
August 22, 2009
I have high arches as well and absolutely love these shoes. I used to have the XT Wings, but they felt sloppy and seemed to be made for ppl with flatter feet. This shoe has a snug fit, ultimate trail stability, and has a more durable lacing system than other Salomon's because of its reinforced lace loops.

Oakley Radar Path Sunglasses

Wouldnt hurt to just bring them into a local oakley retailer and let them know what happen. Anyone who takes their business seriously and sells Oakley should be more than glad to help. May cut you a deal?!...
