Eagle Creek Load Warrior LT Series Wheeled Duffel Bags

Rating for this product: 5 January 7, 2009

We went to China in 2007 and each of us got the Load
warrior medium to take on the trip. We were in China
and Tibet for 23 days. We took every mode of transportation and needless to say, baggage handling was
rough at times. Of the 3 bags, 2 required some repair in
the same area. The bottom corner of the bag opposite the
wheels. Judging by the damage the handlers would drag
the bag on the pavement whether it was the wheeled side
or not. The bags have no reinforcement for this type of
treatment and we sent them back to Eagle Creek for repair. They came back to us with little rubber
corners on both sides of the bottom. Don't yet know if it
was a good fix, but if so; I would suggest that the company include this feature on all the bags they
sell. It doesn't do any harm and it saves the buyer
from having to send them back to the company for repair!
Thankfully, the repair was under warranty, so no charge.
We all love our bags for the same reason as everyone
else said and Eagle Creek took care of us.
