Black Diamond Icon Headlamp

May 26, 2009

My wife and I started at the North Kaibob Trail at sunup and hiked down to the Phantom Ranch, had a beer or two and up we came on the Bright Angel Trail. It took us some 12.5 Hrs and this photo shows just a mile or so short of the top after sunset.

My wife and I started at the North Kaibob Trail at sunup and hiked down to the Phantom Ranch, had a beer or two and up we came on the Bright Angel Trail. It took us some 12.5 Hrs and this photo shows just a mile or so short of the top after sunset. This headlamp is not only quite bright, but feels very light.
