CW-X Insulator Pro Tights - Men's

CW-X Insulator Pro Tights - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 13, 2009

Got a pair the other day and just went for a run in them. It was sunny and 25 degrees with a light breeze. These were perfect. Very comfortable and toasty warm. I would guess I will be happy wearing just these for another 10-15 degrees of wind chill. Came home from the run and ordered another pair.

Very good, but not great

Atlas 8 Series Snowshoes

Atlas 8 Series Snowshoes

Rating for this product: 4 February 15, 2005

I have a pair of Atlas 1025s. I bought the Atlas 8 larger (30). I chose it because it was cheaper and was mostly going to sit around as a "guest snowshoe" for our visitors. I used them the other day and they were very nice, but I really prefer the way the binding works on the 10 series. It is easier to get a good fit with the 3 adjustments.

The 8 series is a great shoe for the price, but if you can afford the difference, I would go with the 10 series.
