This jacket is completely waterproof of course, but also surprisingly breathable. I use it in all kinds of conditions, and have yet to be disappointed. I also got one for my father for golf outings - he has been so impressed he ordered two more for his friends.

What more could you want? It is super light, user-friendly, cool looking, durable, strong, and compact. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic tent. It is basically one pole and could not possibly be easier to set up. Not much privacy without the fly, but who needs privacy in the backcountry? The mesh makes for epic star gazing, but I don’t think the dogs get much sleep - constantly on the lookout for critters. This is not the tent for you and your buddy to share it is for you and the girl, hence the name. it is so light that I take it solo instead of my bivy. High praise all around.

The flight series Vortex takes Vaporwick to a new level. Extremely comfortable and airy, I use it for pretty much every backcountry adventure. Even in the desert sun it feels like you're wearing nothing at all.....and is a hell of a lot easier than getting sunscreen onto your own back.

Like the other reviews, I also wear this puppy for pretty much all occasions. It is ideal for morning hikes, and evening drinks. The subtle stretch factor promotes full agility, and the weight is perfect for layering. I would fully recommend it to all.

I have been loving these shorts for pretty much all activities, including spring skiing. They are light, cozy, and unrestrictive. The zippered pocket keeps things where they should be, as does the liner.

Hydration system, day pack, and good looks all rolled into one. Aside from the trim fit, comfort wrap, and sleek styling, the Diablo utilizes Jansport’s new bladder technology. They got into cahoots with Nalgene and developed the ‘water tower system’. This is the most ergonomic, practical, tasteless system I have encountered yet. Nicely done Jansport.

Easily the best hip system out there. The mesh water bottle holders are Nalgene friendly. The shockcord system is rain jacket friendly. The upper hip belt adjustments are big load friendly. The compression straps are small load friendly. The bomber zippers are fumbling hand friendly. Don’t settle for tan lines, this pack is your friend.

Your dog deserves this. The Kelty bowl is everything it needs to be – Lightweight, bombproof, watertight, collapsible, and packable. I picked one up after getting sick of sharing the pasta pot with the hound, and it’s been darn convenient. Be the person your dog thinks you are.

I took this tent out for a stormy night of camping in the Uintas, and was very pleased with its performance. For being so light and compact, the tent held up to high winds and mucho precipitation. Ventilation was superb, and the dual doors are a beautiful thing. The only thing I would warn of is this – stake it as tight as possible. Because of the slope between the poles, too much sag could mean gathering water.

There are a lot of ‘travel’ bags out there these days, but the Rolling Thunder is a man among boys. If you need to travel with bulky, sharp, heavy gear items, then look no further. The material is beefier than last night’s Swanson dinner, so you wont have rips and punctures. The boot compartment is large enough for ski boots or your dog, and the whole thing has a reinforced plastic bottom. Basically if your gear is coming with you, so should the Rolling Thunder.
