I live on Capitol Hill, DC...miles from the mountains of Colorado where these shoes were developed..my running route is over marble steps on the Lincoln Memorial, the Supreme court, concrete side walks and trails scattered with tourists and geese. These shoes provide cushioning and stability like no pair I've ever owned. My knees are in heaven as is the rest of my body. If you want a shoe that runs with you not against you~these are them! Will buy another pair (and another)!
