Ski Tuning Guide (now with video)
by Jeb Admire & Jason WhitehouseBase divots, rusty edges, filthy bases—your planks deserve more. If you’re like us (cheap), you wouldn’t mind saving a few bucks and learning how to maintain your bases and edges like a shop tech. So get your hands on a tuning kit and start maintaining your wood.
To help you we locked a couple of our ski addicts in a dark basement with some skis in need of love, a work bench, and plenty of tuning materials to see how they would occupy themselves. Though we feared the worst, it turns out these guys actually know what they’re doing, and we’ve got the video to prove it.
