This stuff blocks harmful sun exposure, even letting you choose your level of protection with a straightforward Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) rating. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends a rating of UPF 30 or higher for effective protection from ultraviolet light. Columbia is the first U.S. Apparel producer to earn the seal of recommendation.
