East Coast Death Ice or the Greatest Snow on Earth? It’s easy to see why Backcountry Shop Team rider Jamey Parks chose to settle down in the Wasatch. While Jamey’s friends chase storms across the world, this freeski extraordinaire just hikes into his backyard playground to enjoy 500+ inches a year. Look for Parks in this year’s Warren Miller flick, Playground. Jamey represents
Spy Optics,
OGIO,
Snowbird,
Alta,
The Canyons, Discrete, Surefoot, and the Levitation Project. If someone rips past or over you the next time you find yourself in the Wasatch backcountry, there's a good chance you just had a brush with Jamey Parks.

I skied on the XW Lab all last year, and I can tell you it's amazing! There are things that a longer ski just does better. Things like: go fast, stomp huge airs, and make nice stable turns. With it's even flex the XW Lab initiates turns like a dream too! Floats in pow and still arcs on firm snow, true big mountain equipment all the way.

there are days when I crash, and days when I crash a lot. With Scotts you can dump the snow out after a slam and keep right on ripping, fog free, time and time again!!
