Winning the Subaru U.S. Freeskiing National Finals at Snowbird is the dream of most any dyed-in-the-wool two-planker, and Drew Tabke is definitely livin’ the dream. Born in Hawaii, but raised in the heart of the powder-choked Wasatch Mountains, Tabke has taken the freeski circuit by storm, picking out new lines, skiing with hair-on-fire grace, and proving it all on podiums worldwide. Not without notice: sponsors like The North Face, Smith Optics, and Hestra Gloves have recently added the 23-year-old to their teams. And since Freeski Nationals titles are usually stepping stones towards stardom in the ski world, you can expect to see and hear a lot more from Drew in seasons to come.
