Dropped on kitchen floor from about 3 feet. Snow Peak wouldn't accept it under warranty. :(

Yes, still works. That's why I still use it. My point is that it's extremely thin. So much so that it can't take a drop from 3ft. I'd rather it would be a little heavier and stronger. Design flaw in my opinion. It's not made for the office!
