I'm wearing the XL option in this pic. For size reference, I am 6' 180 lbs, 32/33" waist and 33" inseam with an athletic build. I went with the XL to make sure that I'd have a longer inseam. I maybe could have gone with a L but I didn't want to have the pant bottoms ride up when I'm down in a turn or sitting down.
