Ranked #188 - Winter Packs
July 27, 2011
I promised I'd give this pack a good rating if I could get everything into it. With a full 3L bladder, full size synthetic sleeping bag, stove, puffy, bivy, and smaller items in the main compartment, the bag was maxed out. Some issues I found were the tips of the plastic internal frame eventually working through the exterior fabric, or the tips of the frame coming out of their little sleeves (sleeves that normally keep the frame in place inside the water reservoir area). Also the brand logos fall off with heavy use. All the components are very lightweight but haven't fallen apart after a year of moderate usage.
