After so many years of service the straps of the Arro have started to unravel. I used some seam grip to fix her up, but this pack days may be numbered.

Have had this pack for nearly 10 years and it gets used hard every weekend. We had the same issue with the shoulder strap and just sent it back to Arcteryx. The repaired it so it's perfect.

This seams (pun intended) to be the weak spot of this pack, I've had two of them have this problem now. Arcteryx has been good about repairing them for no charge aside shipping, but it would seem they have not fixed the problem because the first one I had repaired the straps they replaced them with are doing the same thing again. I love the pack, and it's worth having it repaired, just wish they'd have updated the straps so it would not be a re-occurring issue.
