Is the jacket in the photo the methyl blue/imperial blue? The stock photo looks like it is much brighter. Also, does the jacket have a two-way zipper (zip open from the bottom)?

Not sure what you're looking for but the jack isn't overly bright. I would describe it as a 'deep' royal shade of blue. It's nice. And yes, the zipper is two-way.
