This was the perfect shirt for a fairly strenuous multi-day hike on the wall. Two days were overcast and in the mid-40's and I stayed very comfortable without a jacket. Of course it got chilly when we stopped for lunch since wind blows right through it, which felt great and helped you cool down quickly after nasty stretches of stairs. It was perfect for what we were doing given the time of year. 6'1", 170lb, 40C, Medium was perfect.
