For size reference, I'm 5'8" 135 lbs. This has enough room for a baselayer underneath and feels really comfortable. Perhaps an inch short in the torso, nothing to be upset about. Wind proof, water resistant, warm to the upper 30's, tough but flexible fabric. This thing will probably never leave my pack.
