Yeah...I beg to differ. See my comments elsewhere, but in a nutshell, fabric that allows water to move from a bead to a coat doesn't necessarily allow that water through the fabric. This jacket is waterproof.

Yeah its waterproof, I got mine pretty soaked on a moderately snowy day but no water got through. It seemed a little warped too, I thought it wasnt going to fit the same anymore but it dried right back to how it was the day I got it.
