Yakima Swingdaddy 4 Bike Rack

Even when it's loaded with bikes, the Yakima Swingdaddy 4 Bike Rack moves out of the way to allow access to the back of your car or SUV. I have a 2007 Rav4, will the rack swing far enough out of the way to allow for me to open the rear door all the way? I'm concerned about the spare tire coming into contact with the rack. Thanks!

My parents bought themselves the same car, and I've stolen a shop rack to put on it when I take my dad out riding. You won't be able to open the door all the way since it's a swinging instead of raising door, but there's enough room to work around with to grab your gear in the back.
