The women's-specific anatomical construction matches the narrower anatomy of female feet for a more precise fit. X-Socks' patented weaving system allows them to create an extremely low-bulk sock that still offers superior padding, support, and insulation. Strategically placed shin and calf protectors eliminate dreaded boot bang without compromising power transmission. Instep, heel, toe, ankle, and Achilles protectors all buffer your foot from the specific forces generated by tight-fitting ski boots. AirConditioning Channels, in conjunction with the Traverse AirFlow Channel system, utilize the flexing movement of your arch to cool and bathe your foot in fresh air. This prevents blisters and reduces the onset of swelling and fatigue. As with all X-Socks, the Women's Skiing Light sock features an X-Cross bandage that supports and protects the crucial muscles, tendons, and ligaments around your ankle.
