X-Socks designed the Men's Carving Ultralight Ski Sock for advanced aggressive skiers and pros who desire maximum sensitivity and the thinnest possible sock. X-Socks' patented weaving system allows them to create an extremely low-bulk sock that still offers superior padding and support. Strategically placed shin, side-ankle, and calf protectors eliminate the dreaded boot bang without compromising power transmission. Instep, heel, toe, and Achilles protectors all buffer your foot from the specific forces generated by tight-fitting ski boots. AirConditioning Channels, in conjunction with the Traverse AirFlow Channel system, utilize your movement to keep your foot cooled and bathed in fresh air to prevent blisters and reduce the onset of swelling and fatigue. As with all X-Socks, the Carving Ultralight Ski sock features an X-Cross bandage that supports and protects the crucial muscles, tendons, and ligaments around your ankle.
