Werner Skagit Tour 2 Piece Paddle - Nylon Blades/Straight Fiberglass Shaft - 2006
The Werner Skagit 2 Piece Paddle steps up where the Frolic Paddle left off; nylon blades and a straight fiberglass shaft offers high performance, durability, and reduced fatigue at an affordable price. The blades are designed with the same performance features as Werner's premium paddles and made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, which means you can relax your grip and have fun without worrying about trashing your paddle. The fiberglass shaft is more comfortable to the touch than other shaft choices. For even more comfort, Werner added integrated ovals similar to their high-end paddles. New for 2004, Werner added an adjustable shaft that can be set to left, right, or neutral feathered positions.
Bottom Line: For spirited play in the sun or quiet glides in early morning mist, you'll appreciate the high performance of the Skagit.

Although the first one I ordered was too short, I am completely happy with this paddle. It is so light and the shape of it is great!

I love the Frolic, definitely spend the money to get this paddle. Very light and efficient in the water!

The paddle seems okay. I actually have no experience to compare it with a lesser weight paddle. But, it seems to work well and disassembles easily.
