Voile Split Decision Mtn Plate Binding

The Voile Split Decision Mountain Plate Bindings make it easy for mountaineers and old school riders to access the backcountry on their splitboards. The stainless steel Mountain Plate's toe-throw lever is compatible with most hard shell mountaineering and alpine touring/randonee boots. Mount the tough nylon plates onto the included Voile Slider Tracks, secure them to your board with the Slider Pins, and you're ready to skin up.

Bottom Line: The Voile Split Decision Mountain Plate Binding gives old school or mountaineering snowboarders what they need to get on top.

Would not recomend, They work great for the skinning part, but when you hook the board together to do the down hill part they dont provide enough leverage to turn the board. This could be because I have small feet, I wear a 7.5 mountaneering bood and the really dont get tight enough for such small boots. I ended going back to my normal strap in snowboard binding and like them a lot better. Bigger feet might help , but who knows

Yo, my friend's dad is really into these kind of boards, including these bindings. he was willing to sell me a good size board and boots, i was wondering if these would be good for me. Im new to hard boots, and have learned on my solomon board, soft boots, and strap-in bindings.

They ride a lot different than your soft boots. I have a resort setup and a hardboot setup (on a splitter). Great for skinning on the way up, but very different on the way down. I don't personally feel like I have great control and it kills my style.

Try before you buy, is my counsel.
