Vans Hifax Snowboard Boot - Men's

Van's built the Men's Hifax Snowboard boot for the advanced rider looking for a performance, high-end lace up boot that's up for annihilating anything on the mountain at any time. This Vans boot offers an updated AB internal support harness for a pinchless closure that won't bunch up and cause blisters after a long day of all-mountain schralping. The Flight Core Air Snowaffle sole gives you tenacious traction while cored-out flex grooves in the heel and forefoot give this boot a natural, yet progressive stiff flex. A PU heel block protects your feet for flat landings in the park or missed landings in the backcountry. The Trifit Thermal liner gives you the warmth you need to keep you on the hill while the wussies retreat to the lodge to eat chicken strips. The Hifax comes strapped with a Recco avvy reflector to increase your chances of getting rescued if you're buried in an avalanche.

Bottom Line: Let the Van's Hifax Snowboard boot be your partner in crime for your all-mountain hijinx.

Warm and good support

My first pair of new boots in years, so anything would feel good. I noticed right away how much warmer these were than my old pair of Burtons. Good inner lacing holds foot comfortably; outer lacing finishes the job. Great boot -- not super stiff, but definitely handles my Burton Baron ES on all terrain.
