Vans Encore Snowboard Boot

Vans' top-selling boot, the Men's Encore Snowboard Boot, returns upgraded for another brilliant season. This medium-soft, BOA-equipped boot has enough versatility to spend the morning ripping powder lines in the trees and the afternoon riding rails in the park. This boot's BOA system features the series-30 reel and dial with an overmolded rubber grip, increased corrosion resistance, and more durable setscrews. The Trifit center-tongue liners and EVA footbeds provide antimicrobial protection, integrated arch support, and high-rebound padding. Vans' technically advanced Pro-Flex Snowaffle Air Outsole gives you traction without losing critical board feel. The molded PU midsoles soak up shock from hard landings,, while a ¾-wrap heelcup keeps your feet from slopping around when you're haulin' ass. Durable synthetic-leather and textile uppers keep these boots in action for season after season of shredding.

Bottom Line: Put your hands together for the Encore.

Convenience at its worst

I’ve worn the Encores for 2 seasons now or at least and older version, and unless they have made some big changes I would never recommend these to anyone. They hurt more than rental boots and hardly keep your feet warm. The only reason why I gave it one star is because you can't give it zero, save your money for a product that can keep you happy on the slopes.

Vans + BOA = Good times!

These boots = Awesome! after a day of breaking them in I gotta say these are one of the best products I've bought for the snow. Soooo easy to put on, super comfortable, very easy to adjust tightness even while riding or on the lifts. Haven't had a problem yet after 5 days out this year so far. Highly recommend!

Sweet boots for the whole mountain

I just bought these (size 10) with my new Lib-Tech Skate Banana (169) and Burton Triad bindings (medium) and the combo is SICK! I took it up to Hunter Mountain in the Catskills last week after 8in of freshies and the combo was sweet. The boots are super comfortable and the boa system is great and doesn't produce any pressure points. I was torn between this boot and the Cirro... but the Cirro is pretty expensive, and much stiffer. I rode the mountain all day and hit some of the boxes in the park with ease in these boots... pure comfort. Off to Squaw Valley in 6 days!

Styling and profiling!

My teenage daughter loves this boot. It's amazing they want stylish boots with all kinds of designs on them yet they fail to realize the designs will be cover by their sporty snow suit they had to have. Back to the boots. They seem to be holding up fine. They are actually pretty comfortable but haven't even really been broken in yet. I think she'll like them even more once she uses them a few more times. This is a quality product for the price; of course you have the best prices around and the customer service is uncomparable.

NICE BOOT

Hey for the price this is a very nice boot. Seems to be holding up fine and they are actually pretty comfortable. I was concerned with that given the price but everyone like a bargain that is actually a quality product. These I got for me and I love em. I definitely like the quick release and tieing knobs. I'm able to help my kids tie their boots up and get in mine before they even got their gloves on so we're all ready to go a the same time. Right on time with no string boots. Now my kids want them. More money for you guys I guess.

Good for Da Money

I like these boots. they have a low profile so they slip into my flows or any binding very well. They are warm for me and the boa systems tightens well and provides EVEN pressure around the WHOLE foot. Give about 4 days riding to break in! Nothing Neg to say!
