As long as there is a slight breeze, yes. They do, however excell at keeping the sun from cooking you directly (although not totally, so wear sunscreen).

We are going to Honduras this summer to do construction work....
We are going to Honduras this summer to do construction work. Men are not allowed to wear shorts, women can't have their knees showing. Will HeatGear work in these conditions?
